Interlochen Center for the Arts

In 2013, Leslie joined Interlochen Center for the Arts as Director of the College for Creative Arts, Interlochen’s continuing education division. She designed and led the strategy to expand the number and breadth of its programs, serving adult learners in music, visual arts, creative writing, media, and professional development. In two years, she achieved a 202% increase in enrollment and 53% increase in program revenue. In 2015, she was promoted to a new leadership role at Interlochen as Director of Engagement to design and oversee institutional engagement initiatives on campus, off campus and virtually. She developed the curriculum for an Engagement Ambassador Program in seven key cities, expanded the charter and make-up of the Engagement Council, and mobilized a campus-wide team to track stakeholder engagement.
